RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return the products you purchased from simoom.com within 14 days, provided that they are unused, in resellable condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in resellable condition, in its original packaging, with tags attached, complete and carefully packed.
- Returns are accepted only if the packaging of the following product groups has not been opened, the products have not been tried, damaged, or used:
- Products that cannot be returned/exchanged/resold for health or hygiene reasons (cosmetics and personal care products, perfumes, epilators, shavers, earrings, earphones, underwear, swimwear, etc.)
- Copyable software and digital programs, e-gift cards (DVD, VCD, CD, codes, etc.)
- Books and stationery consumables.
- Single-use products and perishable goods, or items likely to expire soon, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products specially customized or prepared according to the customer's personal request cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return / Exchange Procedure
1) SUBMIT YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST
Go to the "My Orders" page, select the order you want to return, and click Return / Exchange.
2) RECEIVE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE CODE
Select the product(s) and the reason for return. Take note of the return/exchange code shown on the next page.
3) SHIP THE PACKAGE
Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and include the invoice. Provide the return/exchange code to the courier when sending the package.
Additional Information
- Your request will be reviewed by our Customer Support team to ensure that it meets the return/exchange conditions.
- For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 14 days after the product reaches us. (Depending on your bank's procedures, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.)
- For exchanges, write the product code and size of the item you want to receive on the return/exchange form included in your package.
- If the requested item is in stock, your exchange will be processed. If it is out of stock, our Customer Support team will contact you.
- Shipping fees for returns/exchanges sent via non-contracted courier companies are the responsibility of the customer.
